# Tài khoản thông báo hết hạn dùng thử và yêu cầu gia hạn ?

Tài khoản dùng trong workspace trả phí của công ty bỗng dưng báo hết hạn, ngăn chặn toàn bộ thao tác dù công ty bạn đã trả phí đầy đủ cho myXteam

Đừng lo lắng, đây không phải là lỗi, mà là tính năng

Do trước đây tài khoản của bạn được myXteam tặng gói dùng thử demo Business trong 14 ngày nên khi hết 14 ngày này sẽ hiển thị ra thông báo hết hạn. Công ty bạn đã mua tài khoản trả phí thì bạn hoạt động trong workspace của tài khoản trả phí đó, còn tài khoản myXteam riêng của bạn sẽ dùng tài khoản Free, nên khi có thông báo hết hạn, vui lòng làm theo hướng dẫn dưới đây : 

Để chuyển tài khoản myXteam của bạn thành tài khoản free

* B1: Vào biểu tượng avatar góc trái màn hình
* B2: Nhấp vào "Gói đăng ký"
* B3: Chọn dùng  Gói Miễn Phí
