# Cách tạo 1 công việc trong kế hoạch

Để tạo một công việc trong kế hoạch trên App MyXteam One, có thể  thực hiện theo các bước sau

1. **Truy cập Kế hoạch:** Anh/chị vào đúng Kế hoạch mà mình muốn tạo công việc.
2. **Thêm công việc mới: Chọn Thêm công việc**
3. **Điền thông tin công việc:** Sau khi bấm thêm việc, một cửa sổ sẽ hiện ra để anh/chị điền các thông tin chi tiết cho công việc:

   * **Tên công việc:** Đặt tên rõ ràng cho công việc.

   * **Mô tả công việc:** Giải thích chi tiết nội dung công việc cần làm. Công việc càng rõ ràng thì người thực hiện sẽ làm việc hiệu quả hơn đó ạ.

   * **Chọn nhóm việc**:  muốn tạo công việc &#x20;

   * **Chọn người thực hiện:** Phân công cho thành viên sẽ chịu trách nhiệm chính.

   * **Chọn Deadline:** Đặt thời hạn hoàn thành công việc.

   * **Chọn người được theo dõi việc:** Thêm những người cần nắm thông tin về tiến độ công việc này.

4. Nhấn **"Tạo "** để hoàn tất việc tạo công việc.&#x20;
