# Chức năng bình chọn

**Bình chọn** là công cụ giúp bạn tạo khảo sát nhanh trong nhóm hoặc kênh chat, dùng để thu thập ý kiến và đưa ra quyết định tập thể – ví dụ: chọn thời gian họp, địa điểm tổ chức sự kiện, v.v.

#### **Cách tạo bình chọn**

1. Vào khung chat > chọn **Tạo bình chọn**
2. Nhập các thông tin:
   * **Tiêu đề:** VD: “Thời gian họp phù hợp?”
   * **Tùy chọn:** VD: “Thứ 2”, “Thứ 3”, “Thứ 4”
   * **Thêm lựa chọn:** Nhấn “+ Thêm tùy chọn” để mở rộng
   * **Thời gian kết thúc:** Chọn ngày và giờ đóng bình chọn
   * **Tùy chọn hiển thị kết quả:**
     * Bật: Chỉ người tạo thấy kết quả
     * Tắt: Tất cả thành viên thấy kết quả
3. Nhấn **Lưu** để đăng lên chat
4. Thành viên tham gia bình chọn trực tiếp trong khung chat<br>
