**Hướng dẫn tạo tài khoản myxteam cho nhân viên**

Lưu ý: người tạo được tài khoản cho nhân viên bao gồm chủ tài khoản workspace trong workdone, nhân viên được thêm vào workspace đó và được cấp quyền quản trị trong workadmin.

Sau đó nhập email, số điện thoại vào

* Trường hợp 1: nếu màn hình hiển thị như hình phía dưới (2) thì nhân viên đó đã có tài khoản myxteam từ trước và được tạo bằng email, số điện thoại đó >> sau đó mời thành viên đó vào công ty là được

* Trường hợp 2: nếu như thành viên đó chưa có tài khoản myxteam. Sau khi nhập email và số điện thoại (1) chưa đăng ký trên hệ thống myxteam thì trang web sẽ hiển thị thêm vùng chọn (2) và người dùng phải nhập tên thành viên, mật khẩu vào thì mới có thể tạo tài khoản cho nhân viên mới
