# Kiểm tra dung lượng workchat báo đầy và cách khắc phục

Nếu Workchat của bạn hiển thị thông báo có hình tam giác màu đỏ và khi gửi file không được, thông báo dung lượng của bạn đã đầy. Có nghĩa là dung lượng lưu trữ của bạn tại workchat đã hết, sau đây là cách kiểm tra và khắc phục : 

1. Kiểm tra dung lượng Workdone và Workchat :  

Vì mỗi tài khoản cá nhân chỉ được tối đa 5Gb để lưu trữ, nếu vượt quá  5GB này sẽ có thông báo đầy dung lượng và không cho gửi file nữa.

Hoặc tại màn hình Workdone, chọn như hình dưới đây :&#x20;

Để con trỏ chuột lên vùng số 1 để biết dung lượng đã dùng.

2. Cách khắc phục :&#x20;

* Cách 1 : Xóa bớt dung lượng trên workchat ( Lưu ý : khi xóa đi rồi thì tất cả file, tệp tin đã gửi trong các nhóm chat đó sẽ không khôi phục lại được nữa). Ta thao tác như sau :&#x20;

Sau đó, chọn nhóm cần xóa dung lượng :&#x20;

Cách 2 : Xóa dung lượng workdone của cá nhân. Bạn vào mục Myxteam Drive như hình dưới đây, chọn xóa file, tệp tin vào thùng rác, và sau đó vào thùng rác xóa hẳn đi. (Lưu ý : Chọn đúng workspace của cá nhân mình, không phải workspace của công ty)

Sau đó, vào thùng rác, chọn " Xóa thùng rác" và bấm "Cập nhật"

* Cách 3 : Tạo task và gửi file lên workspace trả phí của công ty hoặc mở nhóm chat theo kế hoạch trả phí của công ty, dung lượng lúc này sẽ được tính vào dung lượng của công ty.
* Cách 4 : Nâng cấp thêm dung lượng.
