Cấp độ 1: WORKSPACE là một không gian làm việc có thể là một doanh nghiệp. Trong đó có nhiều TEAM hoặc nhiều phòng ban.

Cấp độ 2: TEAM/PHÒNG BAN ( FOLDER ) thì có thể có nhiều KẾ HOẠCH/DỰ ÁN.

Cấp độ 3: KẾ HOẠCH/LIST thì có thể có nhiều NHÓM VIỆC/GIAI ĐOẠN và trong mỗi nhóm việc có thể tạo ra nhiều CÔNG VIỆC cần làm.

Cấp độ 4: Trong CÔNG VIỆC có thể có nhiều CÔNG VIỆC CON/CHECK LIST.
