# Lấy lại mật khẩu đăng nhập từ web myxteam

Để lấy lại mật khẩu tài khoản myXteam, click vào link phía dưới nhé

Sau khi đã click link trên, màn hình hiển thị Quên mật khẩu? >> Bạn vui lòng nhập Email hoặc SĐT mà mình đã đăng ký tài khoản myXteam để lấy lại mật khẩu đăng nhập

## 1. Lấy lại mật khẩu bằng số điện thoại

Nếu chọn lấy lại mật khẩu bằng SĐT, mã xác thực sẽ được gửi về thiết bị ĐT của bạn, kiểm tra mã gửi về trong phần tin nhắn SMS, nhập vào và Xác Nhận

Sau khi đã xác nhận lấy lại mật khẩu đăng nhập bằng SĐT thành công, thiết lập mật khẩu mới cho tài khoản của bạn và click Cập nhật mật khẩu để hệ thống lưu mật khẩu đó

## 2. Lấy lại mật khẩu bằng email

Nhập email mà bạn đã đăng ký bằng tài khoản myXteam, kiểm tra hòm thư email của bạn, <mark style="color:red;">**nếu không thấy email lấy lại mật khẩu nhận được trong email, click Gửi lại email**</mark>&#x20;

Email khôi phục mật khẩu được gửi có dạng như sau, click vào đường link phía dưới như hình để đặt lại mật khẩu

Sau khi đã click link, thiết lập mật khẩu mới cho tài khoản của bạn và Cập Nhật
